octobre 2025The good points were that there were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it was only a 10-minute walk from the Metro station, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The downside was that the electricity suddenly went out on the first night. The host called right away and helped, but it was still quite inconvenient. After 11 p.m., there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower on a chilly night. The shower room was really small, and there weren’t enough towels. Both the apartment and the host felt just a little bit lacking, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

novembre 2025A beautiful, very well located in central Paris. We really felt like we had a home in Paris for a few days. So much so that everytime we left the flat, we sang "Bonjour Parieeee!" "I want to step out down the Champs-Èlysèes" 🎵 (as the flat is practically on it). Charles messaged multiple times, to make sure we arrived ok, if we needed anything, and offered help if we needed. We will be back again for another anniversary.

Great location, easy to get around, and everything we needed was right there. The host was excellent, friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any question we had. Communication couldn’t have been smoother, which made the whole visit stress-free. Truly appreciated the care and hospitality. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend to others.

mars 2026Nice place, exactly as it is described. Location is perfect. The only hiccup is that the apartment is facing the street and just above a traffic light intersection, even with the double-glazed windows, you can hear the cars' noise The host is very responsive.

A deux pas des Champs Élysées Le seul problème, même avec le double vitrage, l’appartement est assez bruyant, particulièrement le week-end avec les bars et boites de nuits à proximité. L'hôte est très réactive.

Area has a great buzz about it. Noise is def not a problem, it was nice to hear Paris buzz in background. Would highly recommend.

The hosts were also very responsive and always replied quickly whenever we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

août 2026Great place! Exactly like the pictures. We stayed when it was quite warm (30+) and the ac in the living room and bedroom were amazing - up to North American standards. The small washer came in handy. We brought laundry soap from home but one wash pod was included. There is a hanging rack available to use instead of a dryer and that worked perfectly. It was a central location for us - we walked to the louvre, the tower, many times to the galleries Lafayette area, to the arc. Metro lines are close and convenient. Space was clean and had lots of light.
