octobre 2025The stay was incredible. I really enjoyed everything about this apartment. It has a good elevator for luggage’s and the area is spectacular. It felt like I was staying in a home full of history and an old Parisian style. (The painting inside are beautiful and I played the piano a bit too) the bed is super comfortable and I love the bed sheets. Overall my stay was really good! Coming back again!

octobre 2025Met mijn twee kinderen heb ik 3 nachten genoten van deze geweldige gezellige en unieke plek. Twee ruime slaapkamers uitkijkend op een sfeervolle rustige binnenplaats en met lekker liggende twee persoonsbedden. Op 1 van deze twee kaners staat ook een los éénpersoonsbed. In de woonkamer staat nog een heerlijke tweepersoons slaapbank. Er is een ruime badkamer met regendouche, een prima functionerende keuken met ruime voorraad keukengerei. Het appartement ligt aan een gezellige en s-nachts rustige straat. Bakkertjes en supermarktjes dichtbij. Wij hebben Parijscentrum dagelijks lopend bezocht. De arc de trioph en de Champs Elysees zijn dichtbij. Maar ook naar Montmartre, de Eifeltoren en Les Halles en De Marais liepen we in 1 a 1,5 uur. Geweldige uitvalsbasis dus voor een paar dagen Parijs. De communicatie met Charles-Henri verliep verder perfect. We kregen goede instructies over hoe we zelf konden inchecken. Hij reageerde verder ook supersnel. Heel erg bedankt!

décembre 2025We love this charming, unique, beautiful, comfortable apartment. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, excellent sleeping arrangements for three separate rooms, including the living room, with Thai French doors, character, and lovely location. There was a market in a Square right by the apartment, which we did not know about which was a lovely surprise. We would absolutely stay at this charming place again as it was convenient to the metro, which took us to everywhere we wanted to go.

And the location is also very convenient with many restaurants and nearby supermarkets. Special thanks to the hosts Charles and Marisela who were very helpful and responsive all the time and were very flexible with the check in & out, which was really helpful for us.

janvier 2026As fotos do apartamento correspondem ao apartamento que é bem grande. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente. Tem comércio perto do apartamento, incluindo um mercado. As camas e lençóis bem confortáveis. Encontramos o apartamento limpo e arrumado. As instruções para o check in (24h) são simples e facilmente acessamos o apartamento. Utilizamos o metrô para deslocamento (há uma estação próxima do apartamento). Em outra ida a Paris eu ficaria neste apartamento.

juin 2026This apartment is well situated, being in a very nice and safe area and only a short walk to major bus and train links. The surrounding streets and sidewalks were clean, well kept and not so overcrowded like central Paris. The apartment itself was also very nice and spacious, with the modern kitchen and bathroom standing out. Highly recommended as a place to stay when visiting Paris!

juillet 2026I really like everything. Number one priority was safety for my family. And of certainly the location itself and easy access to metro! There are bunch of restaurants nearby and they are mostly for French guys not for tourists. It is also nice neighborhood. I have really enjoyed staying at this apartment. 👌 Мне все понравилось. И карта на и расположение. И конечно же безопасность. Рядом нет маргиналов и неадекватных человек, которых много возле эйфелевой башни. Всем советую.
