juin 2025This apartment was the highlight of our stay in Paris. Bright, airy and an oasis of calm in a bustling city. The owners eclectic mix of books, art and music could have kept us happily entertained for months! A truly Parisian experience. Extremely comfortable with every amenity you could need. My daughter particularly enjoyed the piano. Charles and Marisella went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommended.

We had a truly superb experience at Charles-Henri and Catherine's were exceptional hosts —incredibly communicative, welcoming, and provided some great local tips that really enhanced our trip. They made us feel right at home from the moment we booked. The flat itself was impressive and wonderfully original. It was clear a lot of thought and care went into the design and decor. It felt modern, stylish, and had so many unique touches that made it stand out from any other place we've stayed. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location-wise, it was perfect. The lively neighborhood was a joy to explore, full of great cafes, restaurants, and shops, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go, and public transport was readily accessible. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs we've ever booked. Highly, highly recommend! juin 2026Had a very nice time. AC and heaters were working as needed. Space was beautiful and airy with lots of good natural light. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location 7 min to two metro stations which allowed easy access to all of central Paris. Close to Gare du Nord as well if you’re flying in from CDG.

The aircon was a huge plus for us, as Paris was very hot during our stay and our Airbnb felt like a welcome escape from the heat when needed. The house was tidy and lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for our stay. Would definitely return!

juin 2026Our group stayed in this clean comfortable apartment for a week. The apartment was in the corner of a tranquil courtyard, beyond the large heavy doors away from the busy street. Mom and daughter shared the upstairs bed and bath; dad and son shared a bed in the downstairs bedroom; uncle was on the futon by the kitchen. All beds were comfortable and clean. This apartment was as spacious and well-appointed described. The futon was out of the way so uncle had his own space. Our daughter enjoyed playing their piano. Desks in every room, although I preferred a corner of the long dining table to plan our day. We used one desk just for charging our devices. The washing machine was a bonus. AC is available in every room, but we enjoyed opening the windows to allow a nice breeze to pass through. The neighborhood isn't the chicest in Paris, but also not touristy. 3 Metro stations (Bonne Nouvelle, Chateau D'Eau, Poissonnieres) are equidistant from the apartment - a 10 minute walk. Fantastic!

The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking and during the stay. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others. Didn’t know this part of town but it is a) close enough to Gare du Nord and b) a nice walk to either Opera or the river/Louvre with a big of everything in between. And I would say the apartment is unique in its layout, spaciousness for Paris. Very helpful and responsive hosts. If there would be one suggestion, it would be a couple more pillows and a bed linen upgrade.
